Every Legacy Begins in the Present
Angel S. White is the founder and managing attorney of The Law Office of Angel S. White, LLC, a boutique Atlanta-area firm specializing exclusively in probate and estate-planning law. With more than 20 years of service advocating for survivors of abuse—first as a Sergeant in the Special Victims Unit of the DeKalb County Police Department and then as a child-justice investigator—Angel brings a unique combination of legal skill, empathy, and resilience to her work.
Her passion for estate planning was born from personal experience: witnessing how grief and unpreparedness can unravel a family after loss. This realization inspired her to leave the uniform and open her own practice in 2020, committed to helping clients avoid legal confusion and family conflict during life’s most vulnerable moments.
At Angel’s firm, you won’t be a case number—you’ll be a person with a story, hopes, and a legacy that matters. She and her team speak in clear, plain English, avoid unnecessary legalese, and offer flexible payment options so every family can access trustworthy counsel. Outside the office, Angel is a devoted wife, mother of three, and proud advocate for dignity, justice, and meaningful planning.

Angelina is an estate planning and probate attorney who blends clarity, compassion, and meticulous preparation in every plan she creates. A former U.S. Navy photojournalist and public affairs specialist, she brings strong communication skills, discipline, and attention to detail to her work with individuals and families.
Angelina’s dedication to estate planning grew from her father, who taught her the importance of preparing for life’s uncertainties. His thoughtful planning allowed their family to focus on each other—not paperwork—during his battle with cancer. After his passing, Angelina was struck by how many people shared that they needed to put their own affairs in order. That experience, along with growing up in a rural community where lack of planning often led to conflict or the loss of hard-earned property, inspired her to help others avoid similar hardships.
Today, Angelina focuses on solving problems before they arise, guiding clients through wills, trusts, probate, and incapacity planning with clarity and care. She believes every family deserves peace of mind and a smooth transition during life’s most difficult moments. Beyond her practice, Angelina is committed to mentoring aspiring attorneys, supporting veterans, and promoting accessible education about estate planning.
